FAN COIL UNIT

A Fan Coil Unit (FCU) is a device used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to regulate and control the temperature in a building or specific space. It consists of a heating or cooling coil and a fan, which is responsible for circulating air within the space.
Fan Coil Units are commonly used in hotels, offices, residential buildings, and other commercial or industrial spaces where individual temperature control is desired. They offer flexibility in zoning, allowing different areas of a building to be maintained at different temperatures based on the occupants’ preferences and requirements. Additionally, FCUs are often part of larger HVAC systems that provide overall climate control for entire buildings.
