Dry Chemicals (ABC, BC, or others): Suitable for Class A, B, and C fires (flammable liquids, gases, and electrical fires).
Carbon Dioxide (CO2): Effective for Class B and C fires and is non-conductive, making it suitable for electrical fires.
Foam: Used for Class A and B fires by forming a film that suppresses flammable vapors and cools the fire.
Pressure Gauge: Portable fire extinguishers typically have a pressure gauge that indicates the pressure level of the extinguishing agent. This gauge helps users assess whether the extinguisher is properly pressurized and ready for use.
